North Raleigh Christian Academy celebrated spring Signing Day on May 13, adding five student-athletes to the list of Knights who will compete at the collegiate level next year. Representing four different sports and attending schools in and out of state, these athletes will have opportunities to live out the values of faith, leadership, and service they have learned as part of NRCA Athletics.

“It was an elementary and middle school all-levels clinic that was supposed to encourage young athletes to come try out softball and see how fun it was,” Harrison said. The clinic was open to NRCA girls in second through eighth grade.

Sunshine and smiles filled the Senior Parade route as the Class of 2026 circled the campus in celebration of their final month of high school and all the years that came before. From PreK through the junior class, NRCA students and teachers, along with staff and parents, lined the sidewalk, waving and cheering.

This year, NRCA had the privilege of celebrating an exciting new national recognition initiative from ACT called the PreACT Rising Stars Program.

As we enter into the Easter season, this familiar call and response will likely be something each of us hear as we step into spaces alongside believers. The response is almost instinctual for many of us as we recognize that the natural flow of our calendar has brought us back to this time of year – where we remember the work that Jesus accomplished on the cross and celebrate together the resurrection of our Savior.
