Disney Frozen

The Broadway musical Frozen, based on the beloved Disney film, tells the story of sisters Elsa and Anna as they navigate the challenges brought on by Elsa’s magical powers and the fear they create. While the show highlights themes of love and courage, friendship shines through as a central thread. Anna’s loyalty to her sister, Kristoff’s willingness to stand by her side, and even Olaf’s joyful optimism all underscore how true friends walk with us through danger, sacrifice for one another, and see the best in us even when we cannot. Ultimately, the musical celebrates the power of friendship to break through isolation, fear, and misunderstanding, reminding audiences that we are made stronger when we face life’s storms together.

Director's Devotionals

Series Introduction: WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT LOVE?

Frozen is perhaps the most iconic story of the twenty-first century so far. While full of lines and songs that so many know by heart, there is a depth of understanding that can be found concerning the nature of love. Throughout this devotional series, we will explore how love can be found and how love can be misunderstood in many ways. NRCA’s Squire Theatre is excited to bring this love story to life, and perhaps the love story is more than anyone understands. The Season of Friendship ends this year with a beautiful story about how love can transcend both emotion and fear.
