NRCA is a community Christian school assisting families by providing excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics while instilling biblical principles in students' lives that they might impact their society for Christ.
Founded in 1996, North Raleigh Christian Academy began with the mission of assisting families in the education of their children. It is because of God's grace, working through the dedicated service of staff and volunteers, as well as the generosity of those who believe and continue to support our mission of Kingdom education, that NRCA exists today.
Prior to moving to one campus, NRCA operated in local churches that opened their doors to our ministry. The campus on Perry Creek Road, which opened in 2002, was made possible through donations over $30 million from individuals and foundations that saw a need for Christian education in the North Raleigh area – A K-12 Christian educational experience that would have, at its core, biblical truths integrated in all subject areas. Our students now represent more than 100 churches of different denominations in the greater Raleigh area.
NRCA is dedicated to the vision of Kingdom education: our school working together with the home and the church to educate the whole child for Christ's service. Donations help to provide sustainable resources to fulfill our mission of excellence for Christ in academics, athletics, and fine arts. Donations can also provide scholarship funds for families seeking a Christian education for their children. NRCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and for those who feel led, there are many ways to make tax-deductible contributions to our school that will make an eternal difference in the lives of our students.
